IT'S MY FIRST CLASS, WHAT DO I DO?

We require all new members to arrive fifteen minutes before their first class. This is important as we need you to sign our waiver and learn how to use some of the equipment you will be using during your class. Failure to arrive fifteen minutes early may result in you being rescheduled to a different class.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please bring a towel and some water. We do not provide water but do sell bottled water if you forget to bring your own.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY CLASS?

All of our classes are a full body workout with a mix of resistance, conditioning and core training. Our workouts change daily and generally are 45 minutes in duration.

WHAT IF I’M NEW TO EXERCISING?

Our classes cater to all fitness levels. Beginners and experienced athletes do the same workout at their own pace.

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO ONE OF THE EXERCISES?

Each session begins with a demonstration of the day's exercises to show how they are performed with the correct technique. If you require a modification, just let the instructor know and they will happily provide you with an alternative exercise.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

We require all members to cancel their class within 4 hours to avoid being charged for a visit. Failure to do so will result in a loss of a class for members on a class pack membership or a charge of $15 for those on our unlimited membership.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

The minimum age to train at 3D Fitness is 16 years of age.

DO YOU HOST CORPORATE/PRIVATE EVENTS?
