NICOLE

Nicole found fitness after moving back to Orange County with 2 young children and her husband. It was in the group fitness room that she fell into her fitness journey and 18 years later, she still loves it. As a coach, Nicole loves encouraging people to find their own strength and sense of fun while working out. As an avid student of her career, she has continued to learn many different modalities of movement and techniques, but her speciality is recovery and mobility. 

Fun Fact: Nicole has appeared on the game show Debt with Wink Martindale...after all these years she still feels robbed that she didn't win!

Hobbies: When she isn't at dance class or bowling with her husband, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and reading!
