WORKOUT#12 - ABAB 25SEC
We do the first exercise for 25 seconds then straight into the second with NO REST. We do two sets of each. So it looks like this….
25 seconds A / 25 seconds B / 25 seconds A / 25 seconds B.
We will aim to complete three rounds of each pairing if we have time!
1. Static Squat + Squat jumps
2. Reverse plank with knee tuck + Toe touches
3. Static push up + Push ups
4. Broad jump/rock climber/stand up + Standing sprints
5. Burpees + Straight arm plank
We will need a bit of space as we have to have room to broad jump.
Don’t forget your Abs + warm down stretches.
