We do the first exercise for 25 seconds then straight into the second with NO REST. We do two sets of each. So it looks like thisβ¦.
25 seconds A / 25 seconds B / 25 seconds A / 25 seconds B.
We will aim to complete three rounds of each pairing if we have time!
1. Static Squat + Squat jumps
2. Reverse plank with knee tuck + Toe touches
3. Static push up + Push ups
4. Broad jump/rock climber/stand up + Standing sprints
5. Burpees + Straight arm plank
We will need a bit of space as we have to have room to broad jump.
Donβt forget your Abs + warm down stretches.
